The Huskies came out of the gate strong, with the midfield trio of Teagan Hurley '25, Kaylie Reeve '26, and Zuri Jimenez '28 controlling play early on. The breakthrough goal would come as Addyson Peel '26 played a long pass through the BCDS defense to Adriana Hernandez '25 who flicked the ball into the path of Audra Custance '28 who would beat the BCDS keeper for her first goal in a Husky uniform.
New Hampton would double their lead after Gianna Young '27 dispossessed the BCDS attacker in New Hampton's defensive end before finding Hernandez who would play the cross for Elizabeth Vincent '27 to calmly finish past the keeper.
In the second half, the Huskies would continue to push forward with the third goal coming off of team goal that started with Hurley picking the ball up at midfield to pass it to an overlapping Young who would then play a cross in to Ava Perry '27 to notch her second of the season.
Heidi Smith '26 would increase the lead with a well-placed free kick off of the top of the inside post from outside of the eighteen-yard box for her first of the season. Custance would then cap off the scoring with her second of the game as she turned well-timed pressure into a breakaway that she would fire past the keeper to end the match.
Danika Virgin '26 and Casey Stores '27 combined in net for the third New Hampton shutout of the year.
The Huskies are home again on Saturday against Lakes Region League foe Holderness School.
