Huskies Shine Bright Under the Lights

The Huskies hosted the Dexter Southfield School under the lights on Kennedy Field. New Hampton came out hot and scored in the first 2 minutes after a beautiful cross from Tanner Keenan found the head of Jordan Demuren to put the Huskies up 1-0. The Huskies kept the pressure on and Tanner Keenan was able to breakthrough the Dexter back line and score the first goal of his eventual hat trick. The Huskies went up 3-0 after Tanner Keenan once again used his breakaway speed to create a 1 on 0 with the Dexter Goalie and slotted one home. New Hampton played some of their best soccer of the season as they built out of the back and maintained possession for much of the game. Jaedyn Feaster was a force to be reckoned with in the back line and Jack Kidd was the foundation in the midfield. Parker Mason scored a banger of a goal from 20 yards out and Hayden Weeks snuck one by the keeper after making a great run through the back line. Tanner Keenan capped off his hat trick with a scrappy goal inside the 18 to bring the final to 6-1. Everyone on the team contributed to the victory and the Huskies are starting to build up some momentum as they travel to big time rival Holderness on Saturday.
