The Husky runners worked hard at Proctor. Everyone showed significant improvement in their finish times over the first meet. John Freeborn, one of our co-captains, is the prime example. At Holderness, he battled the remnants of illness, and he tackled the Proctor course feeling healthier. Consequently, he shaved 4 minutes and 15 seconds off his finish time. Impressive! The team is gaining confidence, learning to pace themselves, and getting into their strides. We look forward to competing at Cardigan on Wednesday, October 2nd!
