Varsity B Huskies Take Down KUA
On the back of a tough loss to Lee Academy last week, New Hampton Varsity B took the court looking to regain energy and momentum. From the tipoff, New Hampton pushed the pace and played tough defense.
After a flurry of three-pointers and a Bruce Fa dunk on a runout, New Hampton was up 23-1, and they were able to control the game from there.
All players scored, with particularly memorable baskets on a three by JJ Jones and a driving layup by Henry Timbrell. Jett Sizer led all scorers with 19, while Beau Millar, Ryder Brainis, and Bruce Fa all scored in double-figures.
New Hampton now goes on the road at Hebron Academy for a MAISAD league game on Friday at 4:45 PM.
